All deposits are non refundable, unless agreed by IN A FLASH PHOTOBOOTHS
Any outstanding balance is to be made via Bank Transfer, 2 weeks prior to the event.
You have the option to pay any outstanding balance in Cash to the photobooth hire attendant at the start of the event.
A overtime fee will be charged at $150 a hour or $75 every 30 min.
The following fees will be charged to your credit card or cash on the day*:
Overtime charges: MUST be paid by cash to the photobooth hire attendant on the day/night of the booking;
Any damage caused to the photobooth or lost props by the Customer and/or the Customer's guests is to be invoiced.
Damage to the photobooth will be invoiced at $2000
A $20 fee will be charged for each prop damaged, stolen or lost.
Any cancellations must be made within 14 days before the booking. Failing to do so will incur a $500 charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our photobooths. Any customer that is caught smoking in our photobooth will cause the photobooths hire to end. The photobooth will then be removed from the premises immediately.
In a flash photobooths will not be responsible for delays caused by road conditions, weather and/or road accidents.
